(May 5, 2019, 3:33 am)Great experience in taking my vehicle in for some body work to repair a dent on my door. I got quotes from a few different shops in the city, but was most impressed with Sim at RSK, who took the time to give me a very detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, answer any questions, and provide a very competitive quote. Sim did a fantastic job on the repair that truly surpassed my expectations, you can tell he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. Would gladly recommend Sim and RSK Automotive!

(March 16, 2019, 2:20 pm)Last week, I needed a mechanic. Being new in Hamilton, I searched for one in Google Maps and read the reviews. By far and away RSK stood out - not only for the positive reviews, but of all the garages for whom I read the reviews, this garage was the only one which consistently responded to each review and I thought that showed that someone cared and was paying attention.
So, I felt that it was a relatively safe bet to go to RSK when I needed help, and I was not disappointed. They were able to fit me in right away, and spent quite a bit of time reviewing my car, showing me everything that needed to be done and making a quote for it. The car needed some major work which added up to close to the value of the vehicle. I don't have much money, and had just returned from unpaid service work in Africa, so the prospect of not having wheels shook me as I need it to get to my physical therapy sessions. They listened and were compassionate.
My cousin ended up having a colleague of his fix the car, as even with the help that RSK could offer, it was cost prohibitive to repair the car on my own - it was at the point where it was not worth repairing it as the car is too old, but I did not have money for a new one.
Regardless, I wanted to write this review, as I was impressed by the garage, and how much the owner Sim cares about his business, and about Hamilton. It is refreshing, as it is not usual in my experiences of garages. When I was there I saw the awards on the wall that they have been voted the Best Garage in Hamilton for the past two years, and I think it is for good reason. Thank you.
