(March 2, 2019, 11:17 pm)Stellar customer service. Always feel that you are getting a full experience by a team who is passionate about their products and making sure you leave with a pair of quality shoes that will last.
It's a nice break from a mall shoe store, where the service is hampered by low wages and lack of interest.
The only thing to improve is the tone of voice/professionalism on the phone - but most customers understand that some team members are older and more brisk. -

(October 5, 2018, 5:24 pm)Michelle is the shoe goddess of Miller Shoes. She sizes your foot perfectly, wide or narrow. I got 2 pairs today and walked out wearing one. Never before have I done that. That's how comfortable they are! Make the drive downtown, wait in line for Michelle and get ready to love shoe shopping again. Best customer service and that's why I am a returning customer... for LIFE!
