(September 25, 2018, 10:55 am)Don't advise free parking if there's only 2 spots and 1 of them is taken up by a trailer. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful and made me wake up with a sore neck.

The staff went above and beyond to help me when i got lost trying to make my way there and when there was an error with the booking that resulted in a surcharge they waved the difference no questions asked! They had an assortment of games in the common room, complimentary tea/coffee and buts of foodstuff that could be accessed 24/hours a day as well as a Bbq!
I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Hamilton. The guest lodgings were great, and well maintained and the staff made you feel as if you were a long time friend coming to visit. It truly felt like a home you've known your whole life.
