Friendly and helpful staff. I came in with an item I did not know much about other than what I was told by a jewelry appraiser. They were not able to make me an offer I was willing to accept but they were able to justify their offer to ensure me they were not trying to low ball me. I was even advised that I would be better off selling privately.
