Veronica even came in on her day off to meet me and talk about purchasing a new phone and phone plan. I will never ever deal direct with the Bell service over the phone or internet again to purchase a new devise. Veronica explained all the warranty plans and they are much cheaper purchasing them through Costco Kiosk then the big companies. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase a new phone or even needs help with their existing phone to ask for Veronica. Thank you
