  I had a great experience at this location! After leaving another walk-in in Brantford where a receptionist had not arrived for the first 30 minutes and the doctor didn’t come out to the waiting room to provide an explanation to the 15 waiting patients, this walk in turned my mood right around!
  
  I was greeted kindly and promptly. I was then taken right into a room where Dr. Lam arrived in the next couple minutes. He was friendly and able to help with what I needed. The whole experience was probably ten minutes tops!
  
  The employees at the pharmacy in Walmart were also kind and prompt!
  
  Will definitely be returning again

  Dr Lam is amazing. He is also very knowledgeable and has compassion. The other Dr here is a great doctor as well. Little to no wait but if there was a wait I would be ok with that because Dr Lam is the best doctor I have had in years

  After contacting and driving to a few walk-in clinics on the west end of Hamilton, this Ancaster location off Wilson St was the best service I received. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming. The wait was incredible, mind you I arrived 7:20 and was finished by 7:45 seen right away. The Dr was so thorough and nice.
  Thank you for making this experience so pleasant and comforting!! Definitely something other clinics can learn from.

  Despite having read what other reviews have reported, I decided to give this walk-in clinic a try. The staff is helpful and speedy, the Dr (Lam) is easy to talk to and gave me much confidence leaving the clinic. Happy to say I will be using this clinic in the future!
