  Luke is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. He also is patient in explaining the process and willing to connect you with colleagues that you can trust, including a mortgage broker and a home inspector. He’s prompt to all appointments, thorough in details, and definitely doesn’t make you feel like you are wasting his time if a house (or many houses) aren’t the one for you! He really helps you look through houses to see if they’re what you are looking for, and points out things that you may not have noticed, good and bad.
  
  As a first time home buyer, I definitely would work with Luke again and have already recommended him to several colleagues and friends!

  Luke was always available for us to see houses, even on short notice and really understands the quick nature of the market and the value in seeing properties quickly. He is calm and thorough and provided all the information we needed to make our decision. He communicates frequently and clearly understood what we were looking for. We are thrilled with our new home and neighbourhood and would certainly work with him in the future.

  Luke was a perfect fit to help us find and purchase our first home. Always available and made time for last minute viewings, pointed out pros and cons during our walk throughs.   Luke continues to go above and beyond! Luke combines professionalism and expertise with a friendly and realistic approach. He has assisted me with buying and selling and always has time for my questions. He most recently assisted with finding a renter for a rental property. He continues to take the stress and anxiety out of property transactions, I would highly recommend!
