Was helped by Kawan and Josh at this location. Have not met a better bunch then these two at any other Toyota let alone dealership. I was in the market to buy a car for a long time and kept searching with no end until I came to this dealership and dealt with Kawan. He was honest, respectful, extremely patient and gave us exactly what we were looking for! Him and Josh had us sold on the 2019 Toyota rav4 XLE hybrid. It's been a week since I've picked up the car and it's been absolutely amazing! Honestly recommend anyone in the market to see these two. You won't be disappointed!

Please to be very carefully, do your home work remember every number for the price, trap everywhere. For the iZEV federal rebate, website clearly state dealership can apply online, they ask me to go to the service Canada myself. I had a very bad experience.
Update: to anyone interesting buying Prius Prime, the application of federal rebate should be done by dealer, deduct from purchasing price on the contract. Individual cannot get money from government direct.

I recently just purchased my car from here. I have been going around and looking at the cars within different dealerships (including Toyota) but I have to really admit that I have never had such amazing people to deal with. Joshua was absolutely amazing !!! He has been one of the reason why I end up purchasing the car with his exceptional customer service and kindness he shows towards his customers. He left no stones unturned to make the deal happen. He went above and beyond from little details to concerns I had to make sure I was happy and get what I wanted. He is truly a wonderful human and one of the best sales representative I have ever met. I was blown away with the amount of patience and hard work he went through and not only that but he drove the car to me knowing I had no way to pick up the car myself. I have never seen this level of care and hard work from any person with his level of experience. He is the only person I can trust and I know that any day I call him he won’t hesitate to sort out my problem. These guys are sharp and great at communicating and working through a deal real time to get you in a new vehicle. They have some fantastic people that have come a long way since the last time I gave them my business about a decade ago. Sometimes delivery some huge things can be missed, not the case here with some of their more senior reps everything went absolutely flawlessly and on schedule.
