They explained everything to me (and in such a way that I could actually understand what they were saying ????). They were able to bring my dinosaur computer back from the brink of extinction, and it works wonderfully. All my friends and family know what a great company this is, and they're customers, as well. (January 4, 2019, 2:08 am)Can I give them more than five stars? These guys have saved me time and time again. A few years when I was in grad school, I spilled a glass of water on my laptop and fried it, they pulled all my files of my laptop so I could finish my thesis. More recently, when my laptop would not open, instead of charging me an arm and a leg to fix it, they gave me a cheap and very effective fix. My laptop works great! I live in the east end and there are a dozen places that are closer, I always make the drive to Ancaster, and I always recommend these guys to friends and family!
