(January 17, 2020, 2:18 am)Love this place. The staff is so friendly and fast! They do great promotions and have well priced bubble tea. The location is the best part, it's so close to the McMaster campus. The atmosphere is also very nice and welcoming, perfect place to also get homework done and study.

(January 14, 2020, 1:33 am)The staff is very nice.....they made a mistake on my drink but they gladly remade the drink again and it's just right. The cashier that always works so nice and accommodating when I ask her stupid questions about the drinks...the storee itself is so spacious compared to the other store downtown and is so much closer to where I live..I will definitely come back again..!

(January 7, 2020, 2:38 am)First time here...Fast service and delicious drinks!! I ordered what the cashier recommended and it was really good. Jasmine milk tea with coconut jelly. She was super helpful and patient and the customer service was great here!! All the staff was amazingly friendly. Big smiles from all of them to their customers when I was watching them no matter how busy the store was and overall just a really great atmosphere.
