Bailey is so kind with my nervous/naughty mini poodle, Kiki. I am always so happy with how cute my pup looks after her visit. Best groomers ever!

Bailey is absolutely amazing! She sees our four dogs and you can tell she authentically loves what she does. We also LOVE the products she carries as they match our philosophy on healthy pet parenting :) Our family cannot say enough good things about Underdog & Co. Bailey does an amazing job on our furry golden retriever and she is really nice. Louie looks great! I also love having such a fantastic groomer in Waterdown!

Our experience with Underdog & Co. was exceptional! Bailey was very knowledgeable about our specific dog's coat and the results after grooming were proof of her knowledge. I'd also add that the customer service and general care was top notch. I felt that Bailey took plenty of time to take my notes and concerns into consideration and spoke with me prior to the grooming without rushing at all. Truly a 5 star + experience with a groomer! I'd highly recommend them!
