She is very personable and even after the sale she still checks in on us just to ask how we are doing. She is by far the best realtor out there and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. Amanda is amazing to work with and really helps you to understand the process and helps you to feel at ease. She was always available to answer any questions and negotiated a great price for my condo. I would highly recommend Amanda Boland !

She recommended a lawyer who was stellar and offered a free service called MoveSnap that showed us all the services that would be affected by our change of address and exactly where and when to go to change all that information. She
also got us a record-breaking price on our house for our neighborhood. Can't ask for better than that!!!

(April 20, 2021, 3:44 pm)I highly recommend Amanda. She answered our many, many texts quickly, provided insight in how to sell our home and was professional AND easy to talk to through the entire process. Her knowledge was very beneficial, from staging to setting the price.
