(December 13, 2021, 10:49 pm)Paolo was fantastic from start to finish. He really understood our requirements and even our need to prepare for sale very far in advance. We had to wait several months for jobs to be in place for our cross country move and he was so patient through the whole process. He gave great advice and provided staging and kept us sane throughout the whole process. He is consummate professional and I would highly recommend him for your next move. Too bad we’re out of Province now because I definitely would employ his services again.

(December 3, 2021, 1:51 pm)My partner and I had been trying to buy our first home for 1 year, had been unsuccessful with 2 previous agents, and then Michael Bedioui was referred to us through a friend whose family had recently bought and sold several homes with Michael.
Michael didn't want to simply make a sale; he wanted us to find the house we loved and to get it for a price we wouldn't regret. He's strategic, he made the effort to connect and get to know us, and he reached out to the sellers on every bid in order to hype up our offer to sell us as prospective buyers. Needless to say, what Michael does works and we managed to buy our first home in this tough market.
Once the deal was done he was still there. He gave us advice when we asked for it, referrals when we needed them, and I know if I have any questions about home ownership in general I can still reach out to him.

Cory’s patience, knowledge, understanding and hard work could not have been matched by anyone else. Not only did he make us feel like his top priority he always had our best interests in mind. He took the time to educate us about the market, we never felt pressured to make any decisions and he was constantly reminding us that he would never quit until we found our forever home. Especially during times like these it was so refreshing to have someone as genuine as Cory represent us as home buyers.
Cory thank you so much for everything you did for our family. We will forever be thankful for your hard work and constant support. We wouldn’t have found our forever home without you! -

We started calling him "the angel of real estate" because he is truly an angel to work with! From start to finish he was thorough, pleasant, helpful and would stop at nothing to ensure we were satisfied customers. This was our first home purchase, but will not be the last, and the next house we buy - Paolo is our guy!
