I crawled into Dr. Coopers' office a completely dysfunctional adult/ very wounded child and walked out 2 years later , a woman capable of realizing her childhood dream. I now have my tiny house on a beach in Mexico. Dr. Cooper walked beside me every step of my journey. I am free from my past!!!

As a result of our sessions, I have a deeper understanding of myself, and I learned skills that I continue to use in my daily life. I credit an important part of my personal development to the work I did with Dr. Cooper.

The sessions with him have helped me to overcome a set of very difficult and important present life events, as well as have taught me how to live with events from my past for which I have no control of to change. I recommend him and his practice to whoever reads this post, as I would definitely do the same to anyone I care about. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and the fact that he offers the option to do the sessions while walking in the nature around his beautiful neighbourhood is a plus.
