(July 21, 2020, 6:34 pm)The care taken by the staff has been nothing but amazing. Kara at the front desk always greets with with a kind hello. The 2 amazing ladies who have looked after my physio are amazing. Because of Cassie and Joanne I'm noticing a huge improvement at work and it has assisted me in completing daily tasks. They always have a friendly disposition and are genuinely concerned about how you are feeling and progressing. I was attending another physio place in Stoney Creek and unfortunately found they did not have the same patient care. I have started having massage therapy there too and the gentlemen who is the massage therapist is amazing. If you need to choose a place for physio therapy choose ALTUM HEALTH HAMILTON CENTENNIAL!!!

Front desk staff was professional and courteous. I will recommend to others. Thanks for a great experience through a painful injury.

(January 9, 2019, 10:39 pm)I cannot say enough good things about the staff at both locations. Queensdale and Centennial. I have had a long journey with my shoulder, Ben and Tom have been a huge support in my recovery. From all the discouraging moments to the great ones. Its a bittersweet ending to say goodbye and carry on, on my own! My surgeon at the Cambridge location has been nothing but understanding. He is to the point and makes sure you are educated about everything regarding treatment. Thank you again to the whole Altum Health Team who have done and continue to do wonderful things. (May 1, 2018, 4:06 pm)It is definitely a stressful time when you have an injury and you need to do physiotherapy . This facility offered great support and understanding in a very hard time in my life. I received advice, exercises, and on going support into what I should expect. They answered every question I had with honesty and compassion. They also offered massage therapy from a great therapist. Mike always had a good sense of humour and Carol was a pleasure to greet in the mornings. I would highly recommend Maryann and Joanne as well. Their knowledge of my injury was helpful and they also understood when I was having a bad day. Their compassion was greatly appreciated. If I ever need physiotherapy I will defiantly be back!
