(May 25, 2022, 2:03 am)Ali replaced my alternator, brakes, rotors, shocks all around, and spark plugs. He was fast and efficent as always. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic with my car. If you come to Gibson Auto you know you'll be taken care of like family.

(December 14, 2021, 12:15 am)Highly recommend!! My car was dented and most places would take your car in and keep it overnight but my car was done within 15 mins. Don’t bother going to any other mechanic and come straight here. Ali and the other mechanics are trustworthy, honest and amazing people. I appreciate everything they did for me!

(December 8, 2021, 6:23 pm)Have to agree with the other reviewers. This is a great place to bring your car. We've gone here several times and they always go above and beyond. We've been bringing our car (current and past) to Ali (one of the mechanics) for years. He always shows us underneath our car and pictures, so you know that the problem is what it is. Always timely work. Always explains the work that was done and advice in general. If he thinks you should take it to the manufacturer/dealership to have something covered, he'll let you know instead of what other mechanics might do (just convince you the work needs to be done by them and leave you with a huge bill). I've recommended them to family and friends. My mom's car needed repairs and three different shops quoted her in the thousands (they were saying things needed to be fixed when they were fine), but Ali was able to do it for a fraction of the price.
After many bad experiences with almost every shop I've been too (especially the big dealerships, that's where I've blatantly been ripped off the most and concerns cared about the least *upper James Nissan dealership = the worst *), it's good to have a trusted place to go. Auto Gibson is in another town but I'd still rather take it there then risk getting ripped off locally.
