During my time with Brett I was able to lose 35 pounds, I was able to go from running for 45 seconds to 20 minutes straight. (seemed impossible at the time) and to get a hold of my diet and daily exercise routine. I used his monthly meal plans, bi weekly calls and daily exercise app. If you’re looking to make some positive changes, Brett can give you the tools and the nudge you need! The private training facility perfectly accommodated my anxiety around starting a fitness program after years of failed attempts to get healthy on my own. For both outdoor and indoor workouts, the equipment and set up are top-notch. Brett’s knowledge and experience gave me a plan that I could trust and, with his encouragement to persevere, I am finally achieving the healthy lifestyle I’ve always wanted. I have felt supported the entire way. His reassurance that I could succeed if I was willing to put in the work helped me overcome the vulnerability I initially felt with reaching out for help. Brett has worked hard creating custom programs to match my needs and goals. He is flexible and receptive - a great listener - who has not only adapted training and nutrition plans in response to my feedback but has also worked with me to problem solve around setbacks and mental blocks. Training with Succession Lifestyle the past two years has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life: I have lost over 100 lbs. and am healthier and stronger than I’ve been in decades, I can now do the activities I love more easily and enjoyably, my energy and self-confidence have improved. Most importantly though, these lifestyle changes are sustainable and the new habits have become a natural part of my everyday routine.
