When the job was quoted to me about twelve weeks prior, I immediately felt a level of comfort that I did not feel with the other companies I had quote on the job. Time was spent with me reviewing a number of options for the different types of windows available and the benefits of each. The warranty was also reviewed with me. When the quote was provided shortly thereafter, I was even more pleased. The cost was fair and I was confident in Arcana's ability to do a good job. Fast forward twelve weeks and I honestly would recommend Arcana to anyone and everyone. The installation team was incredible. There was no mess at all, and they really took extra care to have the windows installed properly and finished perfectly. Some of my lower level window areas had some worn-away cement and the capping work that was done is incredible. I also had a large living room window installed (with two panels that open - which I didn't have before) and the finishing on the exterior of the house is A++++++++. My house looks gorgeous AND it's nice to have full-working and energy efficient windows. Thank you to Dmitry and the rest of the team for making this the best home improvement project I've undertaken since purchasing my home!!

(June 12, 2021, 3:07 am)So far so good, the estimator was knowledgeable and cautious about a proposed egress window, waiting to hear back if it's doable... they won't do something that would jeopardize structural stability, and I respect that even if my proposal ends up not being possible.
Also quoted a fantastic price on 4 replacements. -
