(September 23, 2021, 2:29 pm)Very nice supermarket. Excellent selection, especially of health foods compared to many others in Hamilton. Extremely well staffed and organized. A bit expensive and a bit out of the way, but that's the price you pay for a Metro. Generally I prefer more local stores, but Metro is the kind of place that makes you feel good about spending money there.

(September 6, 2021, 11:39 pm)Metro makes the best cakes! Our go to for all our birthday cakes. The bakery has a variety of other amazing treats too. Super fresh produce but a bit pricier than other grocery stores nearby. Usually not too crowded which is a nice plus.
