Ryan was the first to get back to me (with a sense of urgency!) and he took the time to help me understand all of my available options without being biased towards any one bank or product offering. I felt a bit vulnerable having never used a broker before, but he made me feel at ease right away. He was very professional, responsive, answered all my questions, and followed up with me throughout the whole process. In the end, I got the right solution for my family at the best rate I could have asked for. I definitely recommend connecting with Ryan to discuss anything mortgage related. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Mr. Kish has a colourful vocabulary expressed through a vivacious demeanour. Working with him was like being in a New York Based Movie. My experience was like no other I've had and like no other that will easily be matched. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is willing to sit back and let them do all the work while waiting for a result. You will be astonished at what they come up with. It's this creative approach that I am sure will keep their business thriving for years. It's just so creative, like magic!
Their business strategy makes you truly understand why they do not have a single negative review. They go to get lengths to ensure that each customer with a bad experience has nothing bad to say about them. They are relentless in achieving this. The whole team gets involved and are just as colourful and vivacious as Mr. Kish himself.
I have had to re-write this review to be able to truly exemplify just how overwhelmed with emotion I was with their service. I am so glad that they allowed me express my gratitude. My first draft was not as articulate, and they did not want me to post it, rather, they went so far as to contact my lawyer to ensure the wording was to their liking. That is just who they are.. a creative, diligent team who have made lots of money doing what they do so they can service everyone they can. -
