(December 22, 2020, 3:35 pm)I think the homes for the most part are decent quality. Prices are fair compared to whats offered on the resale market. Something to keep in mind is they will insist you sign the builders form which includes a clause that if you sell the house within 5 years that you have to use them as your realtors. Could be an issue if you have someone else you trust, esp. because their agent isn't overly responsive to put it mildly. My brother bought a house with them in ancaster in fall 2020. We felt that during the PDI we were rushed and any concerns were minimized by the "super". The biggest issue was the entire oak staircase in the home was stained a different colour which my brother hated. They simply would not reply to his calls/emails and said essentially that tarion will deal with it. Needless to say it left a sour taste in our mouth on a purchase over 1m. Not sure I would recommend them after his experience.
