I called many, many companies, left messages and e-mails. Nobody replied!
Suddenly phone rang and Nick from Air Pro heating called, inquired about my problem, and said that he might visit
and have a look in the evening. And he did indeed!
After he inspected my old furnace, he suggested that perhaps it was time to replace it, instead of repairing it.
But he promised that he will quote both, the cost of repair and quote for new furnace.
Next day I received quotes from couple of Heating & Cooling providers and found out, that repair would indeed cost lot more
than half a price of a new furnace! The owner Nick quoted the best price for new furnace but suggested that perhaps there
was advantage to add AC and replace the whole system, but he wasn't pushy! He quoted the best price, so he has got the job.
I was very impressed with him and his team, so I requested the replacement of water heater as well! They worked tirelessly
all day long. They were very professional, and the work was completed in a timely manner. What I admire most about this company
is that there were no hidden fees. The estimate they gave me did not change. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were
on time and worked efficiently. Great work and work ethic. Nick even relocated my water treatment equipment because it was
obstructing the furnace ducts. I had an amazing experience, from booking to the follow and even better customer relationships!

(September 20, 2021, 1:16 pm)My electric hot water tank started leaking so I called AirPro. Nick installed a tankless unit for me, as well as a new humidifier for the furnace, within a couple days. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Super nice guy and professional service. Definitely recommended.
