  Just wanted to thank Carmen for all her help in finding my wife and I a beautiful apartment at The Lakeshore Club. From beginning to end she has been available to us through the whole process. Carmen has been very patient, kind and very knowledgeable in everything she does. She is a great asset to The CLV Group. Thank you again Carmen.

  Carmen has done an incredible job getting a beautiful one bedroom unit for my husband and I. She was always very friendly and had a wonderful smile on her face. Carmen was also very accessible to us by email or phone. We look forward to having her around to say hello to. So glad she is employed by the CLV Group.

  Fantastic service and assistance from Madison at the Lakeshore Club! She went over and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend anyone looking for first class service to look no further then Madison!!

  From the first time i contacted CLV group about rental property, the process was pleasant. Competent Carmen Oberparleiter of CLV group was in constant communication with me, determining what I needed and ensured that my every need and concern was catered.
  Justin the property maintentance guy at Lakeshore Club Burlington was always accommodating, constantly went above and beyond to make sure that my move-in went smoothly. I love the newly renovated apartment, could not be happier!!! Thank you Carmen, Thank you Justin of CLV group for everything.

  I found my dream apartment rental!
  Location is amazing! Lake views, and light all day from the floor to ceiling windows.
  The building is super clean and well maintained. My unit was completely renovated and you wouldn’t believe how great it looks.
  I would recommend to anyone that loves a stunning view , a beautiful apartment in a safe and quiet neighbourhood to check out this building when looking for a new place.
