  My husband and I went to a lot of RV dealerships before finding Ruston RV and the customer care and knowledge of each camper is exceptional. Our sales rep Calvin was not pushy and was tentative to our questions and concerns. The finance lady Carolyn was super friendly and even got us a cheaper interest rate. You can feel the warm and friendly culture of the company when you step foot in the office and service department. THANK YOU Ruston RV for the amazing experience and help with choosing our cottage on wheels!!!

  Simply amazing customer service. A company... Strike that... A Family that simply takes care of you. I purchased my trailer in 2015. 2 years later I noticed an issue which was a manufactures defect. No way any PDI would have found this issue. After explaining this to the service manager they went to work for me right away. Contacting the manufacture and explaining the situation, they were able to get it all covered for me. During that same visit I had also requested that they listen to a noise coming from my slide out. Upon doing so they immediately contacted me and indicated that driving the vehicle may not be safe to do so as the structure was being affected as a result of the noise. Again realizing that this may be a manufactures issue they contacted them and once again had the repair covered. Simply an amazing group. There is no doubt I would spread the word about their amazing service. And absolutely no doubt that I would purchase my next trailer from them in the future. And you should too...

  I must say that my overall purchasing experience was very positive at Ruston RV. I had been in email communication with Steve in sales for weeks. It is often hard to get sales people to communicate with you when you are just shopping around, but Steve replied to every email question I sent. When I get that attention so early I show more interest.
  Steve was really helpful when it came to arranging a time to see the unit I was interested in - he stayed at work beyond normal closing hours so that I could get there, and showed us the unit without rushing us or hinting that it was past closing time. We made a deal I was happy with!
  Everyone else I dealt with after the deal was made was very friendly and patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions. Carolyn walked me through all the paperwork and options without being pushy, and she really listened to me. Rob in service sent me all the details I asked for and pick up day went very smoothly. Dan did an excellent walk through with me.
  I would absolutely purchase here again.
  I will update this review after my first attempt at service as I know that many want to know how a service visit goes. This is very important to me as I have had good relationships go sour because of poor customer service at the service level and have heard many horror stories about people having a great purchase experience but being quickly "forgotten" when if comes to service on their RV. I was told very clearly that the service department is really busy so I will plan to be very proactive with maintenance and regular annual service. I am glad to have a place to bring my unit when it needs care. I look forward to the start of a great relationship with Ruston RV!

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first trailer. Rob treated us like family and was very knowledgeable in helping us choose what was best for our needs. Carolyn had all the paperwork ready for us when we arrived and explained everything to us. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and spent the time to make sure we knew how everything worked in our trailer and that we had all the supplies we needed to get on the road! Highly recommend if you are in the market for a trailer. We will be back when it’s time to upgrade!!
