  I have bought a few bikes from Scott over the last few years along with parts and accessories, and have always been extremely pleased with Scott and his team! Very knowledgeable and never tries to push a sale!

  Very happy with my experience here. The owner took the time to find the best product for my needs, and steered me clear of more expensive options that wouldn't be worth the extra cost. This was my second purchase at Rock and Road, and it won't be the last. Definitely recommended.

  This is the best bike shop in Burlington. Knowledgeable, honest service and the best cold coffee I’ve ever tasted! Scott’s a good man who sells and services bikes with pride and passion. The other shops are a waste of money/time.

  Nice guys. I went in looking for some specific components and instead of being told what I should use, or how difficult it is to stock what I was looking for, they talked to me about options in terms of distributors, and were willing to help me track down what I was looking for. A nice change from other vendors who will often push what they have in stock even if it is not the style or configuration you were hoping for. I had started using online stores due to ease of access to various brands etc. Now that I have moved back to the area it makes me happy to have a place like this, where I can support a local business and not feel like a nuisance because I know what I want.
