Ron and Julie at Rainbow Pools have been our "go to' pool shop for both of our pools. Rainbow not only builds pools but also offers the shop for chemical products for pools and spas. Yes, it's a smaller scale shop than the competition next door, but their knowledge and service experience are far superior. Ron's uncle and dad constructed our marbelite pool and its life expectancy is testament to their unrivalled quality. I do wish they offered a weekly pool cleaning service. I've never experienced any problem with in-store staff or the crew who open and close the pool. In fact, their years of experience in this field has actually saved us money because they know the right course of action for any issues that come with owning a pool. Maybe allow yourself a little more time to visit the shop during business hours or buy in larger quantities before the weekend and get to know the store staff better, they're good people.
