My daughter was referred to Dr. Batchra. She was nice and very professional even my 5 year old likes her a lot. She answered all our questions and explained everything we need to know. The clinic is tidy and organized.
I was referred to Dr. Batchra by my family Doctor for a deviated septum. Was scheduled for the surgery (the first surgery experience of my life). Everything was explained in detail, everyone was super nice and very professional not only in the office but at the hospital as well. The surgery went very well and all is good now. She made sure to let my family know how the surgery went and assured all is well with me in the recovery room. She made my first ever surgery a very pleasant experience. A wonderful person to deal with and a spectacular surgeon. Thank you for your care and professionalism.
My 1 year old son had problems with his ears so we were referred to Dr. Batchra. She was wonderful. Very gentle, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The technician who tested my son's ears was also great! I highly recommend.
