  Great store for everything RC if it flies, floats or drives! Knowledge friendly staff always willing to help. They are well stocked but will order anything not on the shelf quickly.

  I usually email the stores prior to visiting to see if they have what I need. The first time I emailed, Andrew replied very quickly and even ordered the parts for me and everything went super smoothly.
  
  I very recently got into rc cars and I'm a complete newbie at everything. I emailed asking for certain parts with, of course, very limited knowledge on my part. Again, Andrew replied quickly but stopped responding soon after. Perhaps I'm just too new or he just simply didn't have the time to help me? I was looking for a store that was newbie friendly for me to learn at the same time but I guess this place might not be it?
  
  Regardless, the store is good if you know EXACTLY what you're looking for. They have a great selection at good prices.
  
  I have mixed feelings about my experience. Perhaps its worth giving them another shot.
  
  I would've given 3.5 stars if it was an option

  I apologize if that review offended you but it was not entirely negative nor was it intended to be. I was only speaking from personal experience. The inquiries, however, are not premature as "this week" was not the only times this has happened. I am unfortunately unable to easily come into the store nor call in due to me being physically disabled. I try to be as fair as I can regarding my reviews to businesses. I ask your store first before anywhere else because I want to support local businesses. However, if I do not have a satisfactory experience I will take my business elsewhere. Again, the review was not completely negative as I have stated in the review that I had mixed feelings about my experience.

  Excellent customer service! Went in here just now with my fiance and the guys were more than helpful, with lots of insight into the quadcopter workings! He Will certainly be back!

  Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help someone who has been out of the hobby for 35 years get started again. Selection is incredible, and they were able to order in items they did not have on hand. Order arrived very quickly (2-3 days). Pricing was cheapest not only within 50 kms, but also cheaper than all online options I researched. Highly recommended.

  These guys are second generation. There is no one better in the business. A wonderful place to go and shop for the fun stuff. Super helpful.
