I had no previous knowledge of Reiki before and had some hesitation, but Kelsey made me feel completely comfortable with it! Very relaxing experience, Kelsey was a true professional and I will definitely be going back for some more sessions! Highly recommended! -

During the session, lots of memories and images were coming up in my mind and I felt lots of warm energy moving throughout my body. Afterwards, Kelsey reflected back what she saw and felt and everything she said was comforting and aligned to what I experienced. Her follow-up email was super helpful too as an extra layer of support. Thank you so much Kelsey!

I went in with an open mind and no expectations and she completely blew them out of the water! I am looking forward to using her other services like coaching and breath work sessions for a complete healing process. I highly recommend Kelsey for all her services!!

(September 16, 2020, 9:36 pm)Absolutely an amazing and rewarding journey Ive gotten to experience with Kelsey. Through distant reiki Kelsey made me feel more relaxed, attuned with myself and my chakras as well as help me think things through with a clearer head.
She not only listened to what my goals, and hopes were throughout the sessions but helped me open my mind to dig deeper into what everything means to better understand how I myself can overcome what I wanted with her guidance and support.
Highly recommend for anyone who is in need of spiritual, mental, emotional, physical or any form of healing.
