(May 1, 2021, 12:00 am)I absolutely love this place!!! Been going there for almost 40 years!!! (To the pub part). They've done some lovely restoration work and upgrades to everything!!! An historic site in Minden!!! Charming, comfortable, friendly! I heard a few real 'pearls of wisdom' there. My favorite from a local man named Harvey Macintosh (but you can call me mac). He said, "girly, love many, trust few and learn to paddle your own canoe'!!!🤣😂

(October 1, 2020, 11:16 am)We ate dinner here the food was great and we slept in the hotel. The rooms where clean and you get to pick a room I would pick #5 it's bigger and has a bathtub. Great place all around.

(August 23, 2020, 1:19 am)Miss hearing live music here, but it's still a great dive bar. House beer is brewed by Hockley, so it is cheap and tasty - have a pint. Have burgers or wings instead of their sandwiches. Have garden salad instead of Greek salad or fries. Try to get seats outside.
