Not only did Rob make this experience smooth but throughout the process he made it educational, which I immensely appreciated as a first time cottage buyer. I don't see myself working with any other realtor going forward other than Rob!

(August 15, 2020, 12:34 pm)Rob was fantastic. He presented a clear marketing plan that included social media, print and we were even featured on his tv show. He kept me up to date, offered suggestions and was great at getting back to me after viewings. He seemed to have good relationships will buyers searching until they found the right place for them. I was surprised how many buyers he brought through that he had sold them more than one cottage or he had been working with since last summer. His team Shirley and Robert were great back up when he wasn’t available. All in all an excellent experience.

Rob spent countless hours educating us on how to look for and purchase a cottage, and is always available to answer questions on specific properties, areas, whatever.
Simply put: the only agent I would use to buy a cottage.
