Her gentle, friendly and calm manner are just what's needed when discussing sensitive and, sometimes, emotional subjects. With Nancy's guidance, I have been able to review, understand and mentally organize many things that have had me stuck in the past. I am feeling more confident about the future, and, most importantly, am firmly on the path to knowing the person that I am. I would highly recommend Nancy's services.

Most recently, we have worked with Nancy a number of times throughout Covid. She has created webinars, live sessions (virtually) and resources on a number of topics to support our mental health and well-being. Nancy has been a fantastic support to our community that many have been able to access.
