(July 10, 2018, 2:08 am)I bought some high end metal working tools and abrasives from the Nanticoke location and the customer service is by far the best I have ever had. I unfortunately had some issues with a grinder from a very reputable brand. The sales Rep for the brand did not want to replace the unit even though I had it only 2 days but the gentlemen behind the counter took care of things and acquired a new unit for me to get me back to work. I will not buy that brand again but I will gladly spend my money at their store and I would highly recommend them for your next purchase of tools and accessories .
