What I didn’t expect - and probably should have - was the wealth of knowledge she possesses on elder care. I’ll never forget what a blessing she has been through this difficult period.

Sharlene ensured that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable in my new role whether it was information about COVID policies, PPE supplies, or just someone to chat with. There is no shortage of appreciation for the employees of Right at Home!

They always send me information on all Covid19 procedures and government regulations. RAH goes out of they're way to make me feel needed and appreciated!

(April 21, 2020, 5:11 pm)Navigating the world of home care was completely new for me when my aging mother was about to be released from hospital. The first friendly voice I encountered was Charlene, at the Haldimand office. She gave me lots of great advice and suggestions for getting my mother the help she needed, especially considering the current situation with COVID. Weeks after my mother was home, this same kind Charlene called me to see how we were doing. I am so grateful to her for steering me in the proper direction and for taking the time to check on us. I intend to turn to Right at Home Haldimand for all future needs. Thanks, Charlene.
