The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is never any line up, I have never been in there longer then five minutes. They are also very helpful when it comes to saving you money when mailing, My package would have cost $12 to send she suggested to split the folder into two so I didn't have to send it in a parcel so it only cost me $2.50. I do however suggest you bring your own box for shipping because they have limited sizes.
