(January 11, 2019, 7:02 pm)I've been in the advertising business for over 30 years and I'm totally shocked that there are still businesses out there like this one.
I have never been at a store in the past 10 years or so where the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
They treat you like a good friend as soon as you walk in and if they don't have what your looking for, they'll get it within a couple of days.
I would highly recommend this Home Hardware store to anyone.

(January 7, 2019, 10:11 pm)I have never been so impressed with Customer Service as I have with this store. Last Wednesday, our refrigerator conked out. That night we were scrambling to find another one...looking all over for a fridge that was actually in store available for pick up. No luck with any of the big stores in Owen Sound. We have three teenage boys; so waiting was not an option as you know. Next day, we decided to call Mclean's. I am happy we did! Not only did they have one available; they delivered it for free; took the old one away as well as all the packaging from the new one. Thank you!
