A very positive experience with my root canal with Dr. Jacob. I am so happy to have found West Grey Dentistry and their great team. I have had a lot of problems with my mouth. Saw 3 dentists and got 3 different opinions. Dr. Jacob explained to me everything in a way I can understand and she was the most reasonably priced.

Very nice and considerate people. The office is cozy and clean. I had two wisdom tooth extractions during the same appointment which went really well. I am not the anxious type, so I guess it was easier for me. Thumbs up to the dentist for skills

The staff are the funniest and most compassionate people I have met in a dental office. The girls at the reception always make me smile and I love talking to them. Dr. Jacob on the other hand has a very serious demeanor and gets right down to business, but I guess that comes with the job. Do not be fooled by her accent and her tough appearance, she is a hell of lady and she is the best dental surgeon hands down. I am a senior but I love and appreciate Dr. Jacob. Thank you Dr. for getting me out of tremendous trouble and saving half my mouth. I will be your patient until I die.

We recently moved in town from Toronto and were in need of a dentist for the entire family. After trying out a large office in Hanover and being completely disappointed we did come here and are completely pleased with the services. This is not a shady country practice. The dentist is young and nice. All the equipment looks like brand new and services are great. We have been treated nothing but extremely nice and professional.

I am really happy with the work done. I got complete new dentures after my old ones, from my previous dentist, failed miserably. The office is really nice, and people are great. I enjoy the fact that this is not a lavishly decorated and intimidating office, but rather simple, functional and inviting. Everyone is great and the dentist's skills are unmatched. They have made a name for themselves in the last few years for providing the best quality dentures in the area
