We had an emergency accident with our great dane,I am so happy and thankful for the very fast and friendly service from all the staff we encountered during our dogs visit there. Dr levy called me personally to update me in my dogs condition and I am so forever greatful for this clinic!! Highly recommend them. Thank you

We were in a crisis situation when our new puppy (had him 14 days) broke his femur and a young family member died (all within 1/2 hour). I found Thornbury Vet Hospital online. The receptionist, Kendal, was so friendly and immediately connected me to Karen. Karen took care of me (a complete stranger) as if I were a close friend. She helped me get my puppy Leo scheduled for surgery first thing Tuesday morning before the viewing and we were able to pick up Leo the next day after my cousin’s funeral. Justin was the vet that performed the surgery. He is very thorough, explained the injury and recommended the option with best recovery clearly. We were not rushed and he didn’t charge the ridiculous price that was quoted to us in the vet emergency we took him to that Saturday. We wanted an affordable solution for the best care we could give our puppy without compromising the quality of care. I hope to never need emergency services again but I will recommend Dr. Levy and Thornbury Veterinary Hospital to anyone requiring any surgery or care for their dog (Even though it is over a 2 hour drive). Justin and team, thank you for helping make it possible for Leo to have a chance at a complete recovery and for the help and support during this extremely stressful time.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. The staff and all doctors are amazing. We have Been dealing with Dr. Justin Levy and we would never ever take our boarder collie to anyone else. We live 9 hours north and he is very much worth the drive for our Maggie-Mae. Cannot say enough good things about this vet. Amazing. We thank you for everything you have all done for our pup. We were going to amputate her leg but Dr. Levy has saved her leg and has looked after her wound and we are so pleased. Thank you thank you so very much.

If I was able to give 1 million stars I would. During this pandemic, my beloved cat broke his femur and I was given 2 options in Toronto by my vet as specialists weren't available: Put him down or pay $8000 for the emergency vet. By the grace of god, I found this clinic .
Absolutely immaculate inside; very high-tech facilities and the staff are even better. I was distraught. sleepless and desperate for a resolution for my poor cat. Dr Levy and his highly skilled anesthesiologist Kelsey opened the clinic and performed his surgery on a Sunday am for us and we couldn't be happier.
I picked up him Monday and was greeted by Dawn the clinic manager and discharged by Courtney, one of their amazing vet techs. Everyone was lovely. They really love animals here and it shows. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone. A huge thank you to this team and clinic, they are superb. I'd gladly drive from Toronto to the moon for them; they really know what they are doing. Thanks again for helping us and saving Castro's life and leg xx
