I went to Chris just before the New Year to discuss options for working on my gut health. Since then, I have lost nearly 20lbs and seen eleviation of a number of symptoms (many of which I didn't even realize I had). My energy and strength are higher and my body is healing more quickly than it has in the past. Chris gave me 3 options for elimination diets, I chose the one that worked best for me, and he gave me all of the information I needed in order to carry it out on my own.
