(July 6, 2019, 6:55 am)Holstein is a beautiful moment frozen in time. Old yellow brick homes, horse and buggies, local farm produce, eggs, and maple syrup. The dam (mill - pond) is stocked with fish annually so bring your license and gear.....but bring a picnic as there's no restaurant. There is a quaint general store for odds and ends....
