(May 7, 2023, 12:19 am)We wanted to learn something about foraging our native plants . This was achieved in a relaxed friendly manner. Every question was answered and I think sometimes twice because we “wandered”. Brian was always a good leader and patient educator.
Also, our salad was wonderful including the specially made dressings.
This was the spring foraging. I can see us enjoying summer and fall foraging .
