I had a very pleasant experience. After stupidly giving some scam artists access to my e-mail account i was scared and confused. They did everything possible to clean up the mess and make me feel safe again. Friendly service, fast and painless. Very knowledgeable and affordable. I am going back tomorrow with a different issue on my computer. I trust these people and feel comfortable dealing with them.
