(February 23, 2020, 12:02 am)Put a deposit down for the following year no one called to confirm. So I phoned on September 7th. They said the cut off to get my deposit back was first of September. So I ask why I was not called? They said my responsibility. I ask if my deposit could be put towards another trip was told NO. You have lost a customer.
