(September 22, 2020, 11:35 am)Markdale Manor was a perfectly charming experience. Mark was a pleasant host and even provided a wonderful history of the manor. The room was spacious and and wonderfully decorated. The bed was comfortable. And the break fast was tasty. We will make it a point to return in the future.

Super clean, nice and peaceful. The breakfast was always delicious.
I definitely recommend it.

(July 5, 2017, 1:49 am)This B & B is amazing! My husband and I stayed for two nights and Mark and Marie were terrific hosts. The food was delicious, the house spotless, and the bed was heaven (we stayed in the Great Britain Room). We both were loath to leave.

(January 10, 2017, 2:12 am)Markdale Manor was the perfect choice for a self-imposed writers retreat. Gorgeous cozy living room with fireplace, delicious breakfasts and what wonderful hosts! My room had beautiful light for working during the day and the bed was ultra comfortable - making for restful nights and productive days. Markdale itself a quaint little town worth a quick jaunt about. I'll definitely be staying there again!
