(June 27, 2020, 2:35 pm)They're usually really nice; but today I had an appointment to pick up some materials and called the same number the library had used to call me last week. The lady who picked up was really rude and told me that I had the wrong number. I tried to explain that I was calling back a number from my call history. The lady said it wasn't the library and just hung up. I checked and sure enough the number I called is the same number listed on the library website. 🤷
