They offer classes in BJJ, muay thai, and kick boxing as well as kids classes and women's self-defense. Andrew is a great instructor and his classes are a great way to get in shape, defend yourself, and give you self-confidence. I would highly recommend coming in and trying out a class.

I've known Andrew Bowler for 8 years, and he is a passionate, dedicated instructor with incredible technique and a kind way with students of all ages. Would highly recommend training with him!

I've known Andrew Bowler for more than 20 years and can say that he is a wealth of knowledge and one of the most dedicated martial artists I know. On top of that he's a great instructor. Be sure to go check out his exciting classes and you'll be hooked!
