I recently purchased a stand up mixer that ended up to be defective; not only did Rhonda replace it, she upgraded it! This proves that she cares about her customers satisfaction! I highly recommend shopping at Home Decor and More if you're looking for quality goods that are budget friendly and someone who will assist and go above and beyond for their customers!

The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Staff are very accommodating - and very good when it comes to returns!! .. plus you're supporting a wonderful local store :)

(January 6, 2020, 4:03 am)Overall all nice stuff, fairly reasonable prices. But I do prefer the location in collingwood over Owen sound. Friendlier staff, better layout and location. Awkward leaving the parking lot here
