  The entire staff here is fantastic. If they don't know the answer they admit it and then research until they do have an answer. I was impressed with the low pressure sales team and, at the end of the day, I left with a new atv/plow setup. After a couple months of use, I am still as happy as the day I bought it. Thanks again and I highly recommend Valley Outdoor Power Equipment for both sales and service.

  Went to Valley Outdoor Power yesterday shopping for a String Trimmer. The Customer Service experience provided by Cody was exceptional. He wasn’t interested in just making a sale he was completely focused on what his customer needed. I was quite impressed and will be back.

  I don't generally feel the need to post reviews but I feel my experiences with Valley Outdoor Power Equipment warrant the few minutes it takes to spread the good word.
  
  Finding good mechanics and good service seems to be something of a lost art these days, but so far I've been extremely impressed with what these guy's (and girls) have been able to produce for me. I had basically given up on one of my outboard boat motors as it's given me fits for years. I decided to follow through on a suggestion from a friend to bring this to Travis and his team and they pulled off the impossible in no time at all. I was able to run my boat with confidence all summer and just can't believe I almost tossed a perfectly good motor that needed the right hands on it to make it run like new.
  
  Having confidence in these guy's, I looked around at some other equipment in my garage that was on the edge of disposal and figured I'd see what they can do. My generator that had sat idle for years now runs amazingly well and the new chainsaw I purchased is the envy of my neighbors on the lake where I live.
  
  Always ready to answer my ridiculous questions and reassuring me that I can now trust my equipment after all these years of problems, I just can't say enough about the team they have and the quality work they do. You can tell when people genuinely care about delivering a positive experience and that's what will keep me going back to Valley Outdoor Power Equipment.
  
  I hope this review can help someone who is on the fence like I was and give these guy's a proper chance to leave the same positive impression I now have.
