  Excellent service so far. Staff are friendly.
  
  Although, do need the service guys to pay attention to some of the work they are doing. We all learn as we go. Not all jobs are the same but like Mike Holmes says you don't cut corners because you will have to do the job twice and don't want it to come from your budget. Do it once, do it right.
  
  See you in the spring as I do have some warranty work to be done on my slide and a few minor issues on file.

  My wife and purchased our rv from Paladino RV in Sudbury. We drove from Ottawa and it was totally worth it. Heidi was amazing to deal with and Toni as well. Very professional, honest and when we arrived, no surprises and everything went smoothly without hassles. We highly recommend this RV dealer as they deal in volume and move alot of units, but more importantly, great people , honest and very ethical. Make the trip, it will be worth your time. Al and Jen

  We bought an Imagine series by Grand Design. Our purchase with Vic in sales and Jason Lauzon the manager was excellent. Very good product knowledge from sales and fair trade-in and new unit price with timely delivery and excellent communication. Now, I am looking forward to after sales service if needed. That is always what is most important to me with any product purchase. But as of now, I give them 5 stars. Thanks Guys

  Amazing customer service! Tony is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable of every aspect of our 2019 Imagine by Grand Design. Great experience for our first new trailer purchase and totally worth the five hour drive to get it. Thank you Palladino RV!

  Tony is the best! Thanks for the help buying our third trialer! We won't go anywhere else because of Tony's excellent service. Feels like you are family, he is awesome with kids which is helpful when shopping with a toddler, extremely patient and understanding.
