  We received courteous and informative service from the moment we called through to the purchasing of our new above ground pool.
  We were introduced to the advantages of a salt chlorine generator that allowed us to make our decision to purchase one.
  Our sales rep Craig was able to compare different systems with us, so that what we purchased met our specific needs. He also gave us very good advise about how to winterize our pool once installed to ensure the longevity of our investment.

  We purchased a beautiful hot tub just this week and could not be more pleased. The shopping experience itself was effortless, the product top drawer! The service provided will keep us happy and keep us sending everyone we know to Aquacade. Keep up the amazing work.

  Very informative and friendly, full of great information so you feel they know what they are talking about. They were highly recommended by a friend who has made many purchases with them. I have only experienced great service .

  Incredible! We bought a house with a hot tub and didn’t have a hot clue about how to operate or clean it. We went in on a busy Saturday morning and David gave us a full tutorial on how hot tubs work I. General and then on our specific model. He very patiently answered all of our questions (which were many and varied!), anticipated what we were thinking next, gave us excellent advice and had us with the right products in hand to test and clear up our hot tub. He also provided us with the website link to the user manual so we could learn more on our own. Shelley at the cashier desk is so lovely and friendly. An amazing experience and certainly would not hesitate to recommend!!
